I just experienced an outstanding air conditioned repair by Mark at Eagle Air. I would especially like to point out that this was the best response time I've ever had, especially on a Labor Day Weekend. My air conditioner was quickly diagnosed and repaired. This was critical because of the current heat wave. I highly recommend Mark at Eagle Air.

We live in the Palm Springs area and things that sit in this heat don't last long. We needed a new swamp cooler and we needed it fast. Eagle Air came highly recommended from a friend of mine. So I gave them a call, and much to my surprise they said they were available to come out the very next day to install a brand new system. They even went out of their way to set up a custom frame to hold the new unit outside. They were great to work with, and were very helpful with showing me how to use the new system. They even color matched the paint so it would look custom. They also followed up the following week just to make sure everything was working properly. The service was great and the price was even better. Would highly recommend!

I contacted Eagle air to have my air conditioning serviced for the summer heat. Mark was very helpful and sent out Branden for the service. While Branden was doing the service he had noticed a few broken parts on the unit and was able to replace them for me. Now my AC runs cooler and more efficiently than ever! We had a wonderful experience with Mark Edwards at Eagle Air. He was very responsive when reaching out to set up an appointment to check our air conditioning unit. When the tech Branden came out to inspect our unit, he was very professional and friendly. He worked in a timely and efficient manner, and cleaned our AC unit as well as repairing it to make it run more efficiently. Made an appointment with Mark Edwards and he had his technician Brandon come out to check our system and clean it all. They are very professional and respond on a timely manor. I did not have to be home in order for them to check my air conditioning, just left the gate open to the back yard. They are a very trustworthy company and will be using them in the future in order to move my unit to the side of the house. When I came home and checked my unit, I have never seen it so clean before (we bought out hose used). The whole unit was cleaned and the concrete around it as well. Brandon also changed the filters inside the house and peaked up in the attic in order to get a good view on how to move the wiring and venting system. Amazing company to work with!!
